The 2009 Adoptathon was an overwhelming success, finding homes for more than 134 dogs during the 24-hour event. From small dogs and puppies to large bull dogs, rottweilers and pit bulls, most of the dogs in attendance found a home

Pit Bullevard Was a Big Hit!
We had a new feature this year called "Pit Bullevard" - to bring focus to the breed. Pit bull rescues, shelters that adopt pits, Pit Bull Gear, Bay Area Bullies - A bully breed advocacy group were all there. In all about 20-30 pit bulls were either adopted or now have applications pending for homes.
